Resident’s Charter

We have pleasure in announcing our Resident’s Charter. Developed by the Resident Steering Group which consists of New Park Village residents, Council staff, TMC staff and the Independent Tenant Advisor (TPAS), the Charter aims to provide you with information about the redevelopment of NPV and sets out the Councils commitment to you. We understand that going through a redevelopment can be difficult and we want to support you the best we can in the coming months and years. The Charter supports this by letting you know:

  • How the project will be managed
  • Our long-term commitment to the estate and the TMC
  • Your rights as a resident
  • How the process of moving people during the demolition phase will be managed
  • How priority will be given to existing residents moving into new homes
  • The compensation you will receive

What we offer

Our Services

Any TMO will enter into a formal legal contract with the landlord of the home. This is known as the management agreement. It details which services the TMO manage on behalf of the landlord.
